1. Do you ship to countries outside of the INDIA?

Yes, we can ship any of our products anywhere in the world.

2. I'm concerned about my credit card information's security.

Because we execute all of our transactions through PayPal, you can rest assured that they are completely secure. PayPal safeguards you against fraud, and we don't store any of your personal data on our servers.

3. Is my order confirmed?

You will receive an email and whats app on order confirmation. Please contact our helpdesk (mail sales@bion.biz OR call us at 9510298750) if you are unsure at any point.    

4. There was a problem with my order.

Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience. Please contact us as soon as possible and take photos of the damage so that we can give you a free replacement.

5. I'd like to make some changes to or cancel my order.

Changes are only possible for the first 24 hours after purchase. Please contact us as soon as possible so that we can assist you in making the required revisions to your order.

6. When will my order be shipped?

We ship all the orders within 2-3 days. You will receive an whats app confirmation as soon as your order is shipped.    

7. When will my order get delivered?

Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location. We usually take 3-7 days after dispatch to deliver your order. But if you are in Rajkot or Ahmedabad you will receive order next day.

12. How much do you charge for delivery?

On all orders out of Rajkot and Ahmedabad, we charge a shipping fee of INR 149.    

13. How can I track my order?

As soon as the order is shipped, we send you an email & whats app with tracking no. & tracking link.  You can also track your order by clicking on the Track Order option in my profile page.
