Returns & Exchanges
Our policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery. Due to the customized and made-to-order nature of our products, we can only accept returns or exchanges under specific conditions.
To be eligible:

The product must be damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered.

It must be unused and returned in its original packaging.

Proof of purchase and unboxing video is required for return/exchange claims.
Note: We do not accept returns for customized wall graphics, personalized artwork, or any made-to-order products unless they are defective or damaged in transit.

Process to Request a Return or Exchange

Email us at mail@bion.biz within 7 days of receiving the product.

Mention your order number, issue, and attach images or videos as proof.

Our team will review your request within 2 working days.

Note: Return shipping charges must be borne by the customer. We recommend using a trackable courier service.
Refunds
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. It may take 5–7 working days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment gateway.
Refunds will not include the original shipping charges.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:

Recheck your bank account.

Contact your credit card provider or bank.

Damaged or Defective Items
Please report any damaged or defective items within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video for claim eligibility. We may offer a replacement or refund based on the situation.
Gift Returns
If your item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, we can offer store credit once the return is approved. If the gift was ordered by someone else and shipped to their address, the refund will be issued to the original buyer.
Important Notes

We do not offer refunds for buyer's remorse or incorrect measurements given at the time of order.
